Sven and Greta took care of the farm in the village Borg southeast of Mörlunda. When Sven retired was the farm split between the two oldest sons, Adolf Fredrik and Lars Peter.
The farm had belonged to the relatives during a long time.

Sven and Greta got nine children. Four of them emigrated to US and changed their surnames to Borg.

OBITUARY
MRS. C. G. SEASHORE

Emily Charlotta Swenson was born in Mörlunda, Sweden, November 12 [December 11], 1845, and died at the home of her daughter, Mrs. B. F. Anderson, at Madrid, Iowa, January 9, 1913, aged 67 years, 1 month, 27 days. She grew to young womanhood in the land of her birth, and was married in Borg, Sweden, to C. G. Seashore, August 4, 1865*. Emigrating to America, they were early settlers of this region, taking an active part in the early development of the Lutheran congregation at this place. Upon the death of Mr. Seashore a number of years ago, Mrs. Seashore went to Madrid where she has since made her home with her daughter. Four children were born to Mr. and Mrs. Seashore, a daughter, Selma, having passed away a few years ago. The sons, Dr. C. E. Seashore, dean at the State University of Iowa, Dr. D. E. Seashore of Duluth, Minnesota, and one daughter, Mrs. B. F. Anderson of Madrid, Iowa, together with an adopted son, Rev. Theodore Seashore of El Campo, Texas, survive to mourn her loss. Her funeral was held last Saturday afternoon from the Lutheran Church, Rev. Kron conducting the services and her remains were laid to rest beside those of her husband in Dayton cemetery. Devoted to her family and her church, she was loved by all who knew her, and as one of the early settlers of this region, she did her share towards the development of its religious as well as of its material growth. A host of lifelong friends sympathize with the bereaved family in their sorrow.
